The provisions ofthis chapter of the valvemanufacturing quality control requirements, the buyershall, according to theprovisions of annex B NDE special requirements.

2 measuring andtest equipment

General 2.1

Used for testing,test (or valve testing),should according to the material equipment manufacturerprescribed timeintervals marks, control and calibration.

The instrumentused in measuring dimension,should according to the provisions of the method tocontrol documents andcalibration.

2.3.0 pressure measurement

2.3.1 type and accuracy

The valve testpressure measuring gauges orpressure sensor is full range, its accuracy shouldbe within ± 2.0%.

2.3.2 measurement range

Measuringpressure measuring pressuremeasurement shall be in the range between 25 and75%.

2.3.3 calibration procedures

Pressuremeasuring instruments shall be infull range 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% position,regular use standard pressuremeasurement device or farmar test device forcalibration.

2.4 temperaturemeasurement

If needed,temperature measurement can bedisplayed or logged three degrees Celsius (5degrees f).

3 valveinspection and testing personnelqualification

3.1 NDE personnel

NDE engineers atleast ASNT shall obtainSNT - TC - 1A Ⅱ provisions or EN 473 levelrequiredqualifications.

Visual inspectionpersonnel should pressASNT SNT - TC - 1A or EN 473requirements, eachwithin 12 months, a visual inspection.

3.2 weldinginspector

The weldingoperation and welding products,the visual inspection personnel shall obtain theAWS QC1, or equivalent, orfactory written training outline the requiredqualifications and proved.

4 repair weldingNDE

In defect removallater start repairingbefore welding, dug surface applied magnetic powder (MT)or liquid penetranttesting (PT) method of detection.

The pressure onrepair welding applicationsof MT or PT testing method, the acceptance criteriashall conform to theprovisions of written documents.

If the buyer hasa regulation, appendix BNDE additional requirement YuXiuLi welding shall apply
